We are confused, Do you have a coffee shop?
Absolutely! We have our very own coffee shop right in Adams Morgan, at 1722 Florida Ave NW in Washington DC. We serve coffee and host our very own craft club, where art and coffee lovers can come together to craft and meet new people.Our hours of operations: Thu & Fri 8-3pm Sat & Sun 9-4pm

I noticed you don’t have an espresso machine yet. Do you plan to get one soon?
Great question! As a small business, we’re building our shop from scratch, so things might take a bit longer than usual. But we’re excited to share that we have one and are eagerly waiting for the bar to be custom-built and delivered to us. We’re hoping to start crafting your favorite espresso drinks in early summer of 2025! It’s going to be a game-changer!

Amazing, What payment methods do you accept?
Online, we accept all digital payments and gift cards. 
In-store, we accept and prefer all digital payments and gift cards. 

You guys space is beautiful, do you rent the space out?
We do! We’re working on a request page to allow people request the space for book clubs, private office rental, pop-ups, craft workshops, baby showers, meetings, or any other event you’d be interested in. In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us by email or start a chat!  

So cool, Is your shop dog friendly?
We’re dog-friendly, but please don’t let your dogs sit at the table, on the seats, or behind the bar for sanitary and allergy reasons.

So fair, so where do you guys roast your coffee? 
We roast them right here in the heart of Washington, DC.

Amazing, Do you sell Others Coffee in stores? 
Absolutely! We sell our beans at our coffee shop, ShopMade DC at the wharf, and House Bar in Navy Yard. 

Do you have a coffee subscription? 
We do it’s actually called Roaster's Choice Coffee Subscription. But, we do a poor job at promoting it. But, it’s alive and thriving. Find it under the Shop Others option on our main page.

Oh, is there a pick-up option if your local? 
Yes, we offer pick-up for non-subscribed items. We are currently exploring ways to implement this option primarily for our subscribed customers. To be transparent, the application we currently use to manage all of our subscriptions and orders incurs a fee, and the next plan to make this option available is quite costly. Therefore, we are currently evaluating alternative applications that can facilitate pick-up for all local orders.

Wait, I ordered the wrong thing, what to do?
Kindly contact us, and we will make the necessary adjustments to your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we will discuss the available options, which may vary depending on the item in question. 

How can I contact your customer support? 
You start a chat with us on our site, send us a email and or DM us on instagram. But we prioritize emails and the chat.

When will I receive my coffee order? 

We roast every Monday, so we usually send our subscribers’ coffee out first thing on Tuesday. If you’re not a subscriber, your coffee will be shipped as soon as it’s been fulfilled. And if you asked for overnight delivery, your order will be shipped overnight once it’s ready.
