ABOUT THE FARM
Finca Churupampa is operated by the Tocto brothers who took over the land from their parents several years ago. Since then, the farm has become a model for economic and environmental sustainability. In addition to selling their own coffee, the Tocto brothers also help export and market crops from 215 neighboring farmers. Churupampa also has a training center where community members can come to learn new practices to help improve their production.
OUT SIDE
This addition to our Out Side line is made from the same coffee as our Light Work but is developed longer to bring out some delicious darker notes. Despite the lengthier time roasting, there's a lovely note of sweetness that carries across both coffees.
